The most common problem that beginning bodybuilders have is not knowing how much is enough. As a result, typically most end up doing way more than they should, resulting in excessive soreness and sometimes injury. Even I was a victim of this back when I started. In my article on Getting Started, I cover how to progress from beginning level to advanced, and what precautions to take before starting a bodybuilding program.
