Happy New Year! As the current year ends and the New Year comes by, everyone (including us bodybuilders) sets out to embark on their New Year's resolutions. These typically include, amongst many other things, the goals of losing fat and gaining muscle, of course. After all, we are bodybuilders, aren’t we? To help you with these goals, I decided to put together this resource guide that will point you to all of the relevant information that you will need in order to accomplish your bodybuilding goals, whether these may be just losing a few pounds of fat with moderate amounts of muscle gain, bulking up, or even bodybuilding competition.

This is an excellent comprehensive post. A lot of resources are listed to start up a great weight loss and fitness program. I’m not a big fan of weight loss supplements-I find that natural, unprocessed food is much more effective for weight loss than any supplement or “miracle pill”
