Creating a Healthy Bodybuilding Lifestyle

Friday February 24, 2006
Many people go to the gym and start a bodybuilding program with the goal of looking good for a specific occassion. This could be a class reunion, Spring Break, a vacation or a wedding. Once the special event comes and goes, then the person goes back to his/her old habits and loses much of the progress achieved over the previous weeks. Some people go back to the gym after getting slightly depressed about losing their gains. Others, unfortunately, quit for good. The fact is that in order to make lasting bodybuilding gains one needs to adopt a permanent bodybuilding lifestyle.

Having said that, what does a healthy bodybuilding lifestyle entail and how do we go about creating one? In the article entitled "Creating a Healthy Bodybuilding Lifestyle", best selling fitness author and life empowerment coach James Villepigue discusses what a healthy bodybuilding lifestyle is and the ways to create one.
