Dave Draper's All Time Favorite Bodybuilding Workout Routine

Friday March 17, 2006
If you need a change of pace or a new bodybuilding training routine that has you in the gym for five days a week on a 3 day one, one day off, 2 day on, one day off schedule, you may want to take a look at Dave Draper's Favorite Bodybuilding Workout Routine. This routine can be used whether you are bulking up or losing fat. The only difference is that if you are bulking up you will need less cardio (if any) plus a diet that offers a high caloric intake. If you are losing body fat, on the other hand, you will require more cardiovascular work as well as a bodybuilding diet that puts you at a slight caloric deficit.
