Free Webcast of 2006 IFBB Masters Professional World Championships

Thanks to an e-mail that I got from a reader yesterday I came to find out that there was a bodybuilding show this weekend to be performed at the Tribeca Performing Arts in NY; same place where I took 4th at the Team Universe Bodybuilding Competition back in 2002. Turns out that this show is the 2006 IFBB Masters Professional World Championships where many of bodybuilding's best babyboomer competitors will be showing off their hard work onstage. Bodybuilding.com will be webcasting the prejudging for free at 10 am EST time and the finals at 6:30 pm.
Two competitors that I am rooting for are Bob Cicherillo, with whom I've had the pleasure of working with a couple of times, and Tampa's own former Buccaneer running back Nathan Wonsley, who turned pro with the help of Tim Gardner last year at the 2005 Masters Nationals.
Best of luck to these athletes and I hope that if you get the chance to see the webcast, that you draw some inspiration and go back to the gym on Monday with a vengeance.
