Bodybuilding During Spring
Friday April 21, 2006
I love Spring due to the fact that the days get longer down here in Florida, a fact that certainly impacts my energy levels in a positive way. Typically, Spring and Summer are months when bodybuilders like to look their best for either beach appearances or bodybuilding contests. Because of that, training and diet typically emphasize fat loss with a secondary emphasis on muscle gaining.
On the other hand, Fall and Winter are typically gaining seasons when the training focus changes to muscle gain with a secondary emphasis on minimizing fat gains.
In order to help you achieve your goals for each season I decided to create a guide for each season, which you can easily access to the left under my Essential links. This time, you will have access to the Nutrition and Training Spring Guide which will help you achieve your goals whether they may be to harden up, or if you are already pretty lean, then to muscle up during this season.
