Importance of Testosterone

This week I was invited to talk on a radio show called Let's Talk Nutrition, which is hosted by Dr. Michael Garko who is an expert on fitness and natural medicine. The topic of conversation was "The Importance of Testosterone" and we talked about why it is necessary to keep your testosterone levels as high as possible in order to maintain optimal health (even if you are not a bodybuilder).
We discussed how to determine if you have low levels, the maladies of having low levels, and needless to say, we mentioned how a healthy bodybuilding lifestyle of sound training, cardiovascular exercise and diet all contributed to healthy levels. We finalized by talking about some natural testosterone boosting supplements as well.
