Anabolic Oatmeal Bodybuilding Breakfast Recipe

We live in an age where most of us are pretty busy and thus cannot afford to waste time. No matter how busy we are, however, breakfast is one of those things that bodybuilders cannot skip on.

For the busy bodybuilders out there, I have a recipe called Anabolic Oatmeal that will start your day with all of the macronutrients that the body needs for peak performance, repair and growth. It can also be used as a post workout meal if desired. Let me know what you think after trying it!

Hi , thanks 4 this post. It opens some new ways of looking to muscle building and fitness in general. it is just very sad when people are not open for learning new ways and tactics. problem is people are getting confused and even negative about weight lifting when those people start teaching others and preaching their “visions” . it is therefore important to have places like you have here . I wish you best results !
