Alot of teens start bodybuilding and immediately are lured by the numerous ads in the muscle magazines promising 30 pounds of muscle in 4 weeks.
Fact is that the key for building good muscle size is the consistency of executing day in and day out a good training, diet, and supplementation program with the right amount of rest incorporated into it to assure maximum growth. Because teenagers have the advantages of youth and optimal testosterone production on their side, bodybuilding results will come quickly provided they are determined and follow through.
