Cardiovascular Exercise Tip - Jump Your Way To A Great Cardiovascular Workout
Friday November 3, 2006
Who says that cardiovascular exercise has to be boring? With all of the cardio that I have been doing over the last few weeks in preparation for my upcoming bodybuilding competition, I have tried various forms of aerobic exercise in order to introduce variety into my workouts.
A great idea that was suggested to me came from my good friend and certified trainer Anthony Alayon who advised I started jumping rope, as that is one of his favorite forms of aerobic exercise. I thought that was a great idea, so of course, I asked him to please put an article together that talks about the benefits of jump roping, how to choose a good jump rope, and suggested workouts as well for everyone's benefit. In exchange, I would take his advise, get me a jump rope and start jumping.
So take a look at Anthony's latest article, Jump Your Way To A Great Cardiovascular Workout, and if you follow the advice, you will be amazed at how much aerobic and fat loss benefits one can get out of a rope.
