Should You Still Conduct Your Bodybuilding Training Routine Even When You're Sick?

With the changing temperatures that come along with winter, some of my friends already have started to feel a bit under the weather. When this happens, the first instinct that comes to the bodybuilder's mind is to continue with their bodybuilding training routines even when they're sick. However, is this the best approach to take or is one better off investing in some good rest and recovery?
