Bodybuilding Tip Of The Week - Make Goals To Stay On Your Bodybuilding Program Throughout The Holidays
Thursday December 7, 2006
I have noticed that one of the things that help me to stay motivated and keep my bodybuilding lifestyle thoughout the Holidays is setting clear bodybuilding goals and having a strong reason to accomplish them.
Right now, my goals for the next 6 weeks are to harden up my physique at the current 185-lbs that I carry. My motivation is several appearances that I have to make as soon as the New Year hits. By having this goal, along with such a strong reason to accomplish them, I stay more than motivated to wake up, perform my cardiovascular exercise in the morning and my weight training routines in the afternoon. If I did not have a clear goal of what I want to accomplish, and a reason to go along with it during this time period, then it would be much easier to sleep in, miss the morning cardio, skip a few meals here and there, and perhaps even a workout.
So if you want to achieve great bodybuilding results during the Holidays, set some goals, have a strong reason to accomplish them, pick a bodybuilding plan that will work for you based on your goals and time that you can allocate to them, and execute the program day in and day out.
