The last two weeks of December are the weeks that test our mettle the most when it comes to keeping true to our bodybuilding lifestyle due to the increased frequency of social gatherings and exposure to forbidden foods. Many bodybuilders who choose to skip their training routines for these two weeks, and/or discontinue their bodybuilding diets, will later need to face the consequences when they look at themselves in the mirror come January 1st.
