New 2007 Bodybuilding Resource Guide

Last year I created my first Bodybuilding Resource Guide in order to quickly point you to all of the information that you will need to accomplish your bodybuilding goals; whether these may be just losing a few pounds of fat with moderate amounts of muscle gain, bulking up, or even bodybuilding competition.
The new 2007 Bodybuilding Resource Guide is an expanded version of the one I created last year and it contains more advice on how to achieve the results you are looking for, more bodybuilding training routines, a section on cardiovascular exercise, and an expanded diet/supplements' advice section.
