Effect Of Good Supplements Used In Conjunction With A Good Bodybuilding Program; Photo Credit: Lina RiveraOne thing that really bothers me about the bodybuilding industry is the unscrupulous claims that some marketers make when promoting their products. For those who are just getting started in bodybuilding, these claims only bring about confusion and false hopes. A good rule of thumb to follow is that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is not true.

Unfortunately, while there are a whole bunch of products that promise to provide tons of miraculous results, there are only a few which provide benefits, that while not miraculous, will make a measurable difference as long as they are used in conjunction with the right bodybuilding program.

In my latest bodybuilding FAQ, What Are Some Bodybuilding Supplements That Work, Are Safe And Based On Science?, I cover which performance enhancing bodybuilding supplements will provide benefits to your bodybuilding program.

I agree that many supplements are completely over-hyped and backed by little or no science. Some of these supplement companies think that just because they have a flashy marketing campaign or a famous bodybuilding endorsing them people should buy them.

I also heard that a well known supplement company Syntrax is suing some bodybuilders for providing bad reviews of their products on a posting forum. Can you believe it?
