Now that we are nearing the end of October, and the Holidays are coming fast upon us, I have a goal of not only being in top shape by the end of December, but also of helping everyone else stick to their bodybuilding programs as well. In this manner, instead of gaining the usual ten pounds of "Holiday Fat Weight", you will be gaining ten pounds of muscle. Or you could instead lose ten pounds of fat as you gain or keep muscle.
In order to accomplish my goal, I will be posting tons of information, including reviews of products that I feel may be helpful, over these coming weeks that will help you to accomplish your physical endeavors. I have found that staying in shape, or getting into even better shape, over the Holidays is a matter of having the right mindset, good planning, and applying some self control.
Since I have been receiving alot of e-mails lately in regards to weight gain, I want to start by sharing with you my thoughts on a bodybuilding e-book that I read last week which deals with this subject. The e-book was written by industry expert, bodybuilding and fitness consultant Will Brink.
When I came across Will Brink’s Bodybuilding Revealed (which is the updated version of its predecessor Anabolic Nutrition), I asked myself what could he have possibly updated as there hasn't been any new major breakthroughs in the science of muscle gain that I am aware of. However, once I opened up the new e-book, I was blown away when I saw 632 pages of highly useful bodybuilding information staring at me.
In my latest bodybuilding e-book review, I talk about the reasons why I find Bodybuilding Revealed to be of great help to anyone looking to gain some solid muscle weight and why this is an item that you should add to your bodybuilding library and your Christmas wish list.
