Bodybuilding FAQ of the Week - Bodybuilding and Fat Loss Q & A
Saturday January 26, 2008
Over the past few weeks I have participated in various interviews dealing with a wide variety of bodybuilding topics; ranging from the usual fat loss and muscle gain questions to how I got started in bodybuilding or what my competitive goals are.
About three weeks ago a group exercise instructor from Virginia, Jim Scott Polsinelli, called and asked me to participate on an interview for his fitness newsletter. His interview included such a nice variety of questions that I felt could be of benefit to many others that I asked him to let me publish it here for everyone's benefit. Jim, being the nice guy that he is, accepted and was most honored.
So in this week's Bodybuilding FAQ - Bodybuilding and Fat Loss Q & A, Jim picks my brain on several topics related to bodybuilding, fat loss and achieving your fitness goals in the New Year, amongst many other things.

Excellent article Hugo, thanks for sharing. I can relate to allot of what was said, especially on taking pictures as you advance, what a way to atay motivated. Starting at such a late stage of my life the proper mind set played a major role in my continuing success, I had to keep a mental picture inbedded in my mind of the way I wanted to look and not allow anything disrupt my determination. I wanted to show myself and the world that even in your 50’s it’s never too late for a lifestyle change and turn back the clock.
