The Sexy Abs of IFBB Pro Mercedes KhaniThough most people do not ever intend to step on a bodybuilding stage, it is safe to assume that almost everyone would like to have a nice set of abdominal muscles. So what does it take to get "ripped abs" and is this something that anyone can achieve?

The answer to the first question is easy: abdominal training will firm up the abdominal muscles while the right bodybuilding diet and cardiovascular exercise will burn off the body fat. Now, can everyone get "ripped abs"? The good news is yes, but the bad news is that only those with the determination to follow the strict but necessary bodybuilding diet and training program will lose the amount of body fat required to make them visible. That is what separates the men from the boys and the women from the girls.

Though getting abs is a really simple subject, misinformation has made it more complicated than rocket science. Therefore, I decided to put together an article on the Most Frequently Asked Bodybuilding Questions on How To Get Abdominal Muscles in order to clear the air from confusion.
