With school over in the next few weeks, a lot of teenagers will be hitting the gym for the first time and embarking in their first bodybuilding program. I remember it like it was yesterday when on May 1990 I picked up my first bodybuilding magazine and started reading several articles on how to gain muscle and lose fat. Therefore, I will be using this month to cover several teenage bodybuilding related topics as well as articles for anyone who is simply getting started for the first time.
One thing that completely caught my attention back when I read my first bodybuilding magazine was the numerous bodybuilding supplement ads promising super quick results. Because it is inevitable that teens will feel the same curiosity that I felt almost 20 years ago when they look at these ads, I decided to cover the subject in this week's Bodybuilding Advice: Best Bodybuilding Supplements for Teens.
