In my experience, the number one reason why most bodybuilders fail to achieve their bodybuilding goals is lack of nutrition knowledge. Whether gaining new muscle weight or losing fat, having the right bodybuilding nutrition plan is key to achieving the results you are looking for. Unfortunately, most bodybuilders mistakenly think that to achieve any of these goals, supplements are what they should place their focus on, and as a result, tons of money gets wasted on trying different products every month.
One of the problems regarding the subject of bodybuilding nutrition is all of the myths that surround it. For example, to this day, a myth that will just not go away is that in order to gain muscle weight a bodybuilder must eat anything in sight. So I figured that in order to start destroying all of these myths I better get the help of someone who has spent twice the amount of years I have spent practicing bodybuilding and who has a track record of success due to his superior knowledge on the subject. The person I chose for the job is none other than former Mr. Universe, Top Olympia Contender, and Bodybuilding Hall of Famer Lee Labrada.

You say that a person should lose weight before bulking up. How do you propose a person lose the weight first. Since muscle burns more calories in a 24 hour period of time. Just wandering.
