There are many mistakes that teenagers tend to make when getting started into bodybuilding. I should know as back when I was 14 years old, I ended up doing many of them. These mistakes prevent bodybuilding progress, and thus, lead to frustration. It is during this frustrated period that teen bodybuilders are most vulnerable to believing exaggerated supplement ads and also to the temptation of getting a hold of anabolic steroids; something that is completely unnecessary considering that a teenage metabolism produces tons of steroids naturally already.
Because of this I decided to cover in this week's Bodybuilding Advice: The Biggest Mistakes Teens Make When They Start Bodybuilding.
