Bodybuilding Exercise of the Week: How to Perform the Flat Bench Dumbbell Flys to Target the Chest

Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes; Photo Credit: Lina Rivera (c) 2008This week I will discuss the Flat Bench Dumbbell Flys, which is a great isolation exercise that targets the outer, mid, and lower sections of the chest. While not a basic mass building exercise like the various bench presses or dips, this chest exercise works the chest muscles from a different angle and provides a great stretch at the bottom of the movement which serves to stimulate good muscle growth.
