What I dont think people think enough about is how healthy their protein supplements are. Most of them are pumped with chemicals, so a push has to be made for people to steer towards all-natural options such as Nutribody and others on the market right now. It has no sugar, no additives, no soy estrogens and is made from natural brown rice and pea protein.
I think going this route is definitely safer, for the novice or hard-core protein supplement fans.
