How to Deal With The Frustration of Missed Bodybuilding Workouts and Bad Dieting

If you've had bad weeks where your bodybuilding routines were lacking (or non-existent) and your diet was not great, just use them as a learning experience. See what you did wrong:

• Did you even set some time aside to train?

• Did you not pack your food?

• Did you not wake up early enough to train?

Whatever you could have done better, start correcting it now. Most importantly, once you figure out what could have been improved, just don't look back anymore; simply look forward and execute! No need to beat yourself up.

This game is more mental than physical as you will find out. So if you have the right mindset and work ethic you will overcome any obstacles and you will accomplish your bodybuilding goals!

It took a time to me to overcome the depressive feeling of lose a training day and just kick out the whole week’s workout and diet

I find it hard to not train and feel guilty not training even with an injury. I gave myself CTS (carpel tunnel syndrome) and know I need to stop training for a while but it feels like your just letting yourself go. It’s hard but just as equally as hard as having low periods. It is a mental game more than anything but one thing I have learnt is that every time you do a session it’s one step closer to your goals whether you feel it is or not.

It really kills me a lot when i miss a day of training every once in a while because of something important that pops up but I’ve learned that it’s ok. Just make sure you try not to miss any more! Just train hard next time and you won’t feel as bad and keep up your good eating habits.
