I really liked mistake #4 for teen bodybuilders. Starting at a very young age myself in Greece, I followed the champion routines to a “T”! Yes I got some results but as I trained more and more I saw less results over time. So, to all teens out there, train hard but keep everything in moderation. Don’t overdo it and most certainly don’t follow the advanced routines!
Eat the FOODS you WANT but STILL LOSE WEIGHT!
