As a matter of fact, the question of how much genes play a role in bodybuilding success is one that has been heatedly debated for years now. However, in order to see if genetics will indeed limit you, you must first take a look at your definition of bodybuilding success and then see if your genes will ultimately impact your long-term goals or not. Bodybuilding takes hard work and total dedication if you want results. Building muscle helps to reduce the amount of fat in your body, relieves stress and creates a better healthier you. If you want to be in the best shape of your life, look your best and feel fantastic then bodybuilding is for you! Although hard work is required, extreme fitness demands total dedication. Full-body work outs can make one progress and it easily fits in one’s schedule. This is very convenient if you are looking forward to achieving extreme fitness but finds it hard to hold on to a single work out routine.
Its a shame that many people kind of use genetics as an excuse for their failure. By labeling things as genetic you are creating a limitation on your behaviour.
Sure many people grow faster or have bigger bones. But that does not prevent others from improving.
In a similar way some people claim all big ripped people are on steroids. If t=it were proven that such aperson wasnt they would say Ok then its genetic. This is just a cop out.
Steroids are great when used properly. I’ve been getting great results with Deca and Clenbuterol supplements not the drug.
