In this bodybuilding contest preparation posing guide you will learn how to do the front double biceps pose.
Difficulty: Average
Time Required: 30 seconds

Here's How:

  1. Start with your front facing the audience.
  2. Place your feet pointing 45 degrees towards the outside.
  3. Take your best leg and point the toes of your best leg outward while bending slightly at the knee. Make sure that you keep the leg flexed at the same time.
  4. Keep the other leg extended and flexed (with a slight bend at the knee) about a foot to the side.
  5. Bring the stomach in and the chest up.
  6. At the same time flex your arms to the side. Your upper arms should be slightly above parallel to the floor.
  7. Bring the elbows forward as you keep the arms flexed.
  8. Smile and make sure to breathe through the nose.
  9. Hold the pose for 30 seconds for practice purposes. In the contest, you will keep this pose until the judges advise to do the following pose.

Tips:

  1. It is normal that at first your muscles tremble but with practice you learn how to keep everything still.
  2. Remember to smile even when you practice. A nice smile gives you a wonderful stage precense!
