What To Expect When Using Muscle Synergy
When I started to use Muscle Synergy the first thing I noticed was the increased pump and vascularity that comes from its first dose. I also noticed less fatigue and more endurance throughout the workout. After a week, I started to see more muscle definition (as at the time I started to use it I was on a cutting phase) and hardness throughout the day, which I attribute to its ability to protect muscle as one diets down, in addition to its muscle volume enhancing properties. It is important to note as well that my strength kept increasing as body fat was burned and muscle spared. Recuperation between workouts also increased and less soreness was noted from highly intense workouts.Effects In Women
Because this supplement does not contain any pro-hormones that could affect women's endocrine system, it is safe for women to use it. As a result, I tested it on some of my more advanced female clients. The results they experienced were the same ones that I got and all of them loved it. One of my clients went as far as asking me if those were steroids.
Drawbacks
The main drawbacks to using Muscle Synergy is the amount of tablets that one needs to take and the fact that it needs to be taken on an empty stomach (at least 60-90 minutes apart from your last meal) to ensure maximum absorption of its ingredients.Due to the fact that each ingredient that makes up the formula is included in optimal therapeutic quantities, one needs to consume 8 tablets in the morning on an empty stomach and 8 more later in the afternoon. It is also advised that one starts at a lower dosage in order to allow the body to get used to the formula, as taking the full dose initially is too much for some people (especially for women).
Finally, because of the high quality of the formula, and the types of ingredients used, the price may be too high for some people. For a month supply, one needs two bottles and the cheapest I've seen it online is for $35.50 per bottle. So you are looking at spending around $80-$100 for a month supply (depending on which site you get it at and including shipping and handling fees). Now, when you consider the fact that if you were just to buy a month of HMB from another company, you will be paying around $50, then you see that you are getting a good value for your money.
