Good Gift Idea for the Bodybuilder

Thursday December 15, 2005
Most of us bodybuilders love bodybuilding related books written by professional bodybuilders. The reason for this is because one can learn so much from someone else who has more bodybuilding experience than one does, and who can share knowledge that otherwise may take one years of experimentation to figure out. Therefore, if you have a bodybuilder in your Christmas gift list, a book on bodybuilding may just be the right gift to give.

Having said that, I just finished reading Dave Draper's latest book called Iron On My Mind, which came on my mail on Saturday afternoon. While this is not your typical bodybuilding book, this book will serve to inspire and prompt the bodybuilder to go train hard and achieve higher levels of development. Read more about this book on my Iron On My Mind book review.
