Patrick Richardson Interview
Thursday December 15, 2005
During my 15 years of bodybuilding experience I have always liked to read the views on training, nutrition and supplementation of bodybuilders who have attained an incredible degree of development as I always seem to learn something new. Now that I am in a position to interview such people, I present you Patrick Richardson. Patrick won the Lightweight Division at the 2004 NPC Nationals, which is the highest level of competition at the amateur level. The competition at that show is so tough that winning your weight class qualifies you for professional status. Patrick won his class at the Nationals on his first try by displaying an unreal amount of conditioning (muscle definition), muscle mass and symmetry; an impressive feat.
I met Patrick last year and was highly impressed with his level of knowledge on bodybuilding, and because of that, I offered to interview him so that he can share that knowledge with other readers out there. Whether you are a beginner or somone who is more advanced into bodybuilding, you may want to take a look at this interview and see what knowledge Patrick has offer.
