Buns and Thigh Specialization Workout Routines for Women

Buns and thighs are one of those areas where women store the most body fat. Every week when I go to the gym I get at least one woman that comes to ask me how to get those areas in shape.
To help all of those women who want to get these areas in shape, I enlisted the help of my good friend, fitness expert and IFBB Figure Pro Marcy Porter, who has the most impressive, cellulite free and toned lower body I have ever seen.
