When I started bodybuilding at 14 years of age, not a day would go by that an adult advised me on how bodybuilding training was a terrible idea since it could stunt my vertical growth and enlarge my heart. To this day, the idea of bodybuilding training preventing vertical growth in kids is one that appears to be alive and well.

I was told this aswell but i didnt beleave it. I beleave that as long as the kids are tought the correct and proper techneque and are superivsed and dont to weights to heavy for them, that they will be fine
