The fact that classes are starting up again does not need to mean that your bodybuilding program needs to suffer. While time to train may be less than during the Summer months and cafeteria food may not be optimal, there are many adjustments that can be done to your bodybuilding program in order to keep the gains coming without affecting your studies. As a matter of fact, I always found that keeping with my bodybuilding workouts and my diet throughout the school year helped me to be a better student.
