Bodybuilding Exercise of the Week: How to Perform the Incline Dumbbell Press to Target the Upper Chest

Friday October 24, 2008
Incline Bench Press (Ending Position); Photo Credit: Lina Rivera While a lot of bodybuilders think that the flat bench press is the king of exercises for building a great chest, if you did nothing but bench presses you would end up with a great lower chest but shallow looking upper pectorals. Therefore, in order to develop your chest muscles in a balanced way you have to include a variety of movements in your workout so that you can develop a powerful chest that looks good from all angles.

In this week's Bodybuilding Exercise of the Week, I'll cover the Incline Dumbbell Press and show you how to properly perform this exercise in order to stimulate some good growth in the upper chest muscles.
